great location character building helpful staff small selection weak wifi free water

The location was GREAT, near historic buildings and restaurants. The character of the building was also lovely, it felt very special. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was small. I found this disappointing. The wifi was also weak. It was unreliable and annoying to use. I noticed there was no free water in the room, which I think should be standard.

i found the hotel well located for exploring town and shopping. the breakfast room was elegant and i liked the food choices. the quality of the coffee was excellent and i found the food very good too.

the wifi was weak and unreliable it was also very annoying. the wifi WAS not secured i noticed. the shower floor was very slippery and the water pressure was very weak.

the location was good for getting around.

the room i got, a superior double or twin room, felt smaller than i expected. the breakfast selection was minimal. the staff seemed a little indifferent, they did not make a effort to assist.

central location friendly staff delicious breakfast

the location was super central and safe for evening strolls! the staff were friendly and always ready to help. plus, my room was super clean. and the breakfast was quite delicious.

The water pressure in the shower was sadly weak on the second floor. It made mornings a bit annoying. i hope they get that fixed soon!

the hotel is situated on a quiet, upscale street. it is just steps from via chiaia. piazza del plebiscito and the waterfront promenade are nearby. getting around was very easy.
